They restore your ability to laugh and speak with confidence and the ability to eat foods you love. Dr. Larry Pampel has extensive training in all types of Dental Implants. He will answer your questions about replacing missing teeth, dentures or partials during a consultation appointment.

Sleep Apnea Therapy
- Do you feel sluggish or fatigued during the day?
- Do you nod off easily during daytime hours?
- Has your snoring forced you and your partner to sleep in separate rooms?
- Do you wear a CPAP but just can’t get used to it?
Sleep Apnea is a serious problem that is coming to light as one of the most under-diagnosed, life-threatening medical disorders in our society. Statistically, Sleep Apnea is more dangerous than drunk driving and has been associated with high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, weight gain, obesity, impotency and stroke.
Those who suffer with Sleep Apnea endure a nightly pattern where they stop breathing for up to a minute, then wake briefly gasping for air. This can occur for a hundred or more times a night.
While snoring is common and often harmless, it can also be a warning sign of Sleep Apnea. However, about a fourth of Sleep Apnea sufferers do not snore and make very little or no noise during the night!
Those who are dependent on insurance coverage for treatment are typically required to have their apnea diagnosed through a sleep study. Because of the expense and hassle of spending the night at a sleep center, many are never truly diagnosed. For relief, some sufferers try one-size-fits-all gadgets, only to find they’ve wasted their money.
Dr. Larry Pampel and Dr. Dodi Woolley are also able to coordinate a home sleep study so Sleep Apnea sufferers can finally get a true diagnosis without an expensive, time-consuming process. Through a system called WATCH PAT, the easy process can help those with Sleep Apnea receive treatment they need before more serious complications develop.
Once diagnosed, today's comfortable, effective FDA-approved oral devices can help keep airways open for patients with mild to moderate Sleep Apnea and for those with severe Sleep Apnea who can’t tolerate a CPAP machine.
An oral appliance looks much like a mouthguard worn for sports or an orthodontic retainer. When worn while sleeping, it maintains an opened and unobstructed airway by repositioning your lower jaw slightly forward.
There are many types of oral devices, each with different advantages. Drs. Pampel & Woolley are trained to find the right one for you based on things like the severity of your apnea, the size and shape of your jaw and tongue, and whether you grind your teeth or have a condition like TMJ disorder.
If you have Sleep Apnea and can’t tolerate your CPAP or have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and want to know effective treatment options, there’s an oral device that's right for you.

Orthodontic Realignment
Teeth that are in correct alignment provide an appealing look while increasing your ability to maintain good oral health. Today, natural teeth can be easily guided into proper position with greater comfort and in less time.
Dr. Dodi Woolley has completed training in orthodontic realignment, including the "invisible" option of Invisalign. As an alternative to traditional braces, Invisalign uses a clear, medical grade polymer to move teeth. They can be removed to eat and clean teeth and are generally undetectable when worn.
Invisalign and Invisalign Teen are appropriate for adults and teens who prefer the comfort and convenience of this removable option. Adults who had braces in their youth and have experienced shifting over the years are frequent candidates.
Dr. Woolley will be happy to assess your needs and explain your options during a no cost consultation appointment.
Gum Therapy
Periodontal Disease begins without warning. In early stages, gums become sore, bleed easily, and contribute to bad breath. Eventually, teeth loosen and can be lost. Research now shows the health of your gums can effect your overall health. For this reason, we incorporate a careful regimen of gum evaluation into each visit. If gum disease exists, Dr. Pampel or Dr. Woolley will discuss recommended treatment with you. Both are trained to treat most stages of gum disease and restore your gums to a healthy state.
